tip toe, baby steps or big leap!

just take that step don't make it a resolution, make it a new way for you! i love a fresh start, including mondays new months new years fresh white walls clean laundry anything that is renewed so how about starting your renewal with me?! your new year!! i have accountability groups forming for all three of these workouts and i would love to work with you!  you get me, me as your free coach! i will work with you so you are held accountable and engaged in your workouts.  we will set your goals together and ensure you obtain them. you do have to commit, you do have to be ready to work, but you want to do that work, because at the end you will be so glad you did and you will have picked up some great habits along the way. and maybe even let go a bad habit or two.  what is holding you back?  are you ready to commit to you? it is less than 2% of your day, take that step,  for yourself! you will not regret it.  message me at simonbob15

i haven't done one of these in awhile, but i vow to be better at it in the new year.  so here goes, a throw back to before mae mae was part of the crew, when grace was under 5'8", when J still embraced the curls and wyatt, well wyatt was the same, my crazy, sweet boy!  look at my sweet j. i just loved that outfit, and that hair, i had to pin it back!! my boy, warms my heart.  she really has always been the ugliest sleeper, but that is her charm, that is what i love about her. she still is and that is part of what makes her amazing! i love this pic because she under 5' here. i miss that little girl. that is my throw back thursday. i randomly scroll through my iPhoto and pick a picture based on when someone, today it was todd, tells me to stop. today picked the whole row, because they all went together and they are all so gosh darn cute!!! xoxo tb t

healthy eats

i am really trying here, i really want to stay on a clean eating path as much as i can trig to be realistic that i am going to fall off during holiday gatherings.  so i am sticking to my 80/20 rule, eat clean 80% of time knowing i may not so well 20%. also hoping the 20% isn't a whole bowl of cheese dip, trying to be good here. anyway i have come across two new favorites and they arrived right in time for the produce co-op joined with my best running pal. last week we got brussle sprouts and i got this great way to make them from my friend tealla.  how easy and yummy is this. wash and clean up the sprouts, meaning cut the ends off and slice in half. lay them out on a foil lined cookie sheet drizzle with evoo sprinkle with salt cook for about 25 minutes on 400 dregrees. yum, todd actually ate 3/4 of the pan of these, this is the guy who has a monster for breakfast and a bag of chips for lunch. oh and he also warms up for basketball games by drinking a &

oh hey friday!

back at it, from the craziness of last week. it is my favorite holiday and i love the whole 5 days off but i need to get back to some structure in my life! so first up, oh hey friday what do you think of the new badge, that Karli , she is a talent that farm girl!  here is the deal you write up 5 things, anything! link it up with  September Farm  and  The Farmers Wife  and that's it.  1  turkey bowl this is my favorite part about the holiday. we used to travel to play in this game with some family/friends but then we just wanted to stay home, so basically it was just us in the turkey bowl.  look at my lil girl, where did she go? and the boy i want that little guy back!   but the game grew last year when the family/friends decided our yard was a great football field.  snow doesn't stop the turkey bowl give this girl a clip board and a whistle, nothing but trouble!                           and this isn't everyone! 2013 this year
